The article explores the core principles of trauma-informed care, its application in clinical practice, challenges in implementation, and its impact on patient outcomes. It also examines the role of healthcare professionals in recognizing trauma, the necessary training, and the ethical considerations of applying TIC in diverse cultural contexts, particularly in Pakistan
