Early identification and intervention are crucial to mitigate the impact of PPD on both the mother and the infant. This article aims to explore the key factors contributing to postpartum depression, identify effective screening methods, and discuss early intervention strategies, including pharmacological and psychological treatments. It also emphasizes the importance of community awareness and the involvement of healthcare professionals in providing timely support.
