Abstract

Health disparities in marginalized communities remain a significant concern in Pakistan, affecting access to healthcare, health outcomes, and overall well-being. Marginalized populations, such as rural dwellers, women, minorities, and the economically disadvantaged, face unique challenges due to socio-economic factors, cultural barriers, and limited access to healthcare resources. This article investigates the underlying causes of health disparities in these communities, focusing on Pakistan’s socio-political landscape. It emphasizes the need for targeted interventions to reduce health inequities through improved healthcare access, social policies, and community-based initiatives. The study provides insights into potential solutions for improving health outcomes and fostering equity in health service delivery.
